about

The twenty-four songs and four instrumentals on this double CD were written between 1997 and 2016, with most dating from 2003-2016. They document travels, experiences and observations. Quite a few of the tracks were inspired by my involvement in Buddhist practice, which took me to Canada. The ukulele, which I took up in 2011, is a presence in several tracks.
